Pain Therapy Associates was founded in 1986 by Dr. Carey Dachman. He had a vision to create a medical office by combining the top specialists in the fields of rheumatology, neurology, psychology and physical therapy to provide accessible healthcare to the Chicagoland community. Dr. Wajde Dabah was inspired by this dream and with the help of our dedicated staff was able to incorporate
the field of pain management and grow the practice into the award-winning
